Lynne went above and beyond the routine for realators. She is obviously an asset to Michael Saunders and Company. When we got to the closing it might have taken 15 minutes. Job well done young lady!

Lynne was very courteous, knowledgeable as well as personable. She was very informative about the process considering we were dealing with a short sale as well as an out of state closing. Although, the property we purchased was not considerably expensive she still put in the effort as if the property was a more upscale piece of real estate. Through the entire process she met all deadlines and even worked with our best friend in Bradenton to ensure that the property could be accessed for a proper inspection. Overall, the whole purchase process went along very smoothly for which I attribute to Lynne's skills and ability as well as a pleasurable personality to deal with anytime she was called upon.

Lynne was very professional and knowledgeable about our neighborhood. She was very fair, honest and open when we were negotiating. I never felt like she was just trying to make a sale and I appreciated her straight forward manner. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
