Lynne was very courteous, knowledgeable as well as personable. She was very informative about the process considering we were dealing with a short sale as well as an out of state closing. Although, the property we purchased was not considerably expensive she still put in the effort as if the property was a more upscale piece of real estate. Through the entire process she met all deadlines and even worked with our best friend in Bradenton to ensure that the property could be accessed for a proper inspection.
